- Con el aceite ya calentito de haber cocinado la carne, añadimos la cebolla bien picadita, y la pochamos con el fuego medio/bajo.
- Una vez tenemos pochada la cebolla, añadimos el chorizo previamente cortado en rodajas. Movemos para que suelte ese color rojito que nos gusta. Con el fuego a media potencia. Añadimos el jamón, previamente cortado a taquitos. Y removemos bien para que todo quede bien rehogado.
- Añadimos la carne que hemos reservado antes, movemos todo bien para que se junten los sabores. En este punto, añadimos el medio vaso de vino blanco y, a fuego medio, dejamos que el alcohol reduzca.
- Una vez haya reducido el alcohol, añadimos el tomate frito en cantidad suficiente para medio tapar nuestra carne, sin excedernos, puesto que ahora cocinará unos minutos y la salsa reduce un poco. Siempre tenemos tiempo de añadir más tomate si nos quedamos cortos. Después añadimos nuestro bote de guisantes y movemos la cazuela para que se repartan bien. Tapamos y dejamos que cocine a fuego medio/bajo durante unos 15 min. ¡Y listo! 😋
