- Listo el pino, añadir el arroz y mezclar.
- A los pimentones cortarle la parte superior, como un sombrero, sacar las semillas. Y rellenar con nuestro pino.
- Al agua reservada de la cocción de los pimentones, agregar la salsa, hoja de laurel, pizca de sal una pizca de orégano. Y sentamos los pimentones en la salsa, con el sombrero. Semitapamos a fuego medio por 20 minutos. Si a la salsa le falta consistencia, agrega una cucharadita de maicena o harina...
