- Retiro la pasta del fuego, dejo enfriar un poco y la agrego a la mezcla y con la ayuda de la cuchara voy mezclando todos los ingredientes. Ojo acá ! es muy importante que este a una temperatura que se pueda seguir mezclando con la mano para poder unir todos los ingredientes muy bien y que no quede nada sin estar mojado con la pasta
- Agarro un pyrex o fuente rectangular y vierto la mezcla y la voy apretando con las manos hasta que quede bien forrada y coloco en el congelador por una hora.
- Retiro del congelador dejo enfriar unos 10 min y con un cuchillo voy desprendiendo de los bordes hasta que desmoldo en una madera
- Con un cuchillo corto en cuadraditos y los guardo en cualquier recipiente con tapa
- Las guardo en la nevera para que se conserven bien ! Y a disfrutar! Espero que les guste !
