Estos aguacates rellenos son una delicia. Se preparan en un pispás y son un entrante o primer plato perfecto para una mesa navideña o cualquier comida o cena con invitados. - 2 Aguacates
- 12 Langostinos cocidos (8 para el relleno y 4 para decorar). Si lo prefieres también puedes utilizar palitos de cangrejo
- 1 huevo duro (cocido)
- 70 gr. Maíz dulce en grano (1/2 lata)
- 80 gr. Mayonesa
- 15 gr. Mostaza
- 1/2 Cucharada Coñac o Ron (no agregar este ingrediente si lo van a comer niños)
- 1/2 Cucharadita Sal
- 1/2 Cucharadita Pimienta
Instructions to make to make Aguacates rellenos
- Pela y corta 8 langostinos en trocitos muy picaditos. Échalos a un bol y reserva.
- Pica el huevo cocido también en trocitos pequeños y agrégalos al bol junto con los langostinos picados.
- Abre los aguacates por la mitad, retira el hueso y toda la pulpa ayudándote de una cuchara. Vacíalos completamente reservando la piel, que después rellenaremos. Pica toda la pulpa del aguacate y añádela al mismo bol junto a los langostinos y el huevo picados. Por último añade al bol también el maíz en grano.
- Prepara la salsa mezclando la mayonesa con la mostaza, añade la cucharada de coñac o ron (yo le puse ron), la sal y la pimienta y remueve hasta que quede una salsa homogénea. Vierte esta salsa al bol anterior y remueve para mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta que queden bien integrados con la salsa.
- Rellena las 4 mitades de piel de aguacate con esta mezcla, ayudándote con una cuchara. Para decorar coloca un langostino pelado encima de cada mitad.
- Yo recomiendo servir una mitad por comensal en caso de que lo vayas a poner como entrante junto con más platos y servir dos mitades por comensal en el caso de que lo sirvas como primer plato sin apertivos previos ¡Espero que te guste!
