Ahora volvemos a enjuagar los garbanzos, les quitamos el agua y los añadimos a la olla, junto con el apio, la calabaza, la carne y tocino. Lo tapamos y dejamos a fuego medio-fuerte hasta que los garbanzos estén blandos. En mi caso 1 hora y 30 min. Si lo hacéis en olla pronto será más rápido.

Después corregimos de sal si es necesario y añadimos agua si le hiciese falta(si añadimos agua tiene que ser muy caliente), echamos las patatas enteras y las albóndigas.lo dejamos tapado hasta que las patatas estén blandas aprox 25 min y un par de minutos antes de apagar el fuego echamos las morcillas.
  4. El caldo del cocido lo echamos en un cazo y hacemos un poco de sopa con ese caldo. Y el cocido lo ponemos en una fuente y listo, para servir.
