  2. 500 grs. harina de trigo
  3. 1/2 cda. polvo para hornear
  4. 250 grs. mantequilla pomada
  5. 250 grs. azúcar glass
  6. 6 yemas de huevo
  7. 1/2 vaso leche
  8. Mantequilla y harina de trigo para barnizar el molde
  9. Azúcar glass para pulverizar
  10. Para la crema pastelera:
  11. 500 ml. leche
  12. 2 huevos
  13. 100 grs. azúcar
  14. 50 grs. harina de trigo
  15. 1 limón, su piel rallada

  1. Mezclar los ingredientes de la crema pastelera en la licuadora. Pasarlos ya mezclados a una ollita y cocinar hasta lograr una consistencia cremosa, unos 10 minutos. Reservar. En un bowl grande incorporar la mantequilla al clima(pomada) con el azúcar, unir con las manos, sin calentar demasiado. Añadir las yemas, unir.

  3. Barnizar con mantequilla un molde y enharinar. Transcurrido el tiempo en la nevera, dividir la masa en dos partes y con la ayuda de un rodillo extenderla en dos discos de no más de medio centímetro de espesor, uno un poco más grande para poder recubrir una parte de los bordes. Colocar el disco más grande en la base teniendo cuidado de que no se rompa. La masa debe subir un poco en los bordes. Pinchar la base con un tenedor. Añadir la crema pastelera fría y extenderla.
  4. Tapar con el otro disco de masa y cerrar bien los bordes. Humedecer la palma de las manos con un poco de leche y masajear la superficie de la tarta, así se logra un tono brillante al hornearla. Precalentar el horno a 200 grados C por 10 minutos.
    Hornear a 180º C durante 40 minutos. Retirar del horno, esperar enfriar y llevar a la nevera. Al momento de servir, salpicar azúcar glass. Cortar y disfrutar, espectacular, de mi cocina con pasión😋
