- Cortar la zanahoria en rallador, mezclar con los ajos picados, orégano y la sal con merquen.

- Muchos ponen mantequilla en las bandejas, pero yo le pongo la misma crema que bota la mezcla de la espinaca, comienzo poniendo 3 láminas y voy poniendo los ingredientes acá cada uno lo puede hacer como quiera, pero mi manera de preparar siempre es la misma para darlo consistencia y no se desarme. Primero la mezcla de espinacas y champiñones.
- En la segunda capa ají verde picado, choclo y el pimentón sin cocer ya que le da el sabor fresco, aquí le agrego las primeras 3 láminas de queso.
- Relleno 3 una capa entera de champiñones con choclo y 3 láminas de queso, relleno 4 con acelga y pimentón. Por último en la capa de arriba corto el queso en tiras y le pongo los últimos champiñones con ají y lo tapo con tiras de queso de las 3 láminas que quedan y pones el orégano. Dar una cocción de unos 5 minutos en el horno para dorar y derretir el queso.
