- Al mismo tiempo tostar el arroz en una sartén a fuego medio con cinco cucharadas de aceite. Ir mezclando para que se dore uniformemente.
- Agregar la carne molida con cuatro cucharaditas pequeñas de sal y una cucharadita de pimienta. Seguir rehogando hasta que la carne se torne café. Agregar la salsa de tomate y mezclar.
- Ahora agregar tres tazas de agua hirviendo junto con el arroz tostado, dos cucharadas de aceite y la taza de arvejas. Seguir cocinando a fuego medio por 20 minutos. Ir revolviendo para que el arroz no se pegue.
- Retirar del fuego, esperar unos minutos y servir. Agregar queso si gustas😊.
