  5. Volvemos a calentar en el horno la primera asadera aceitada, y una vez más la damos vuelta en la asadera, podemos colocar rodajas de queso cremoso o muzzarella.
  6. A mí me gusta hacerla en el horno porque me queda más pareja la cocción y sale más grande que en la sartén. Es una opción que se puede hacer con cualquier otro vegetal. Y es mucho más sana y liviana.
