  3. Agregan al trozo de carne un poco aceite de oliva por todos lados y lo masajean bien, luego sal y pimienta a gusto, también por todos lados y vuelven a masajear. Lo dejan reposar por unos 10 a 15 minutos
  4. Luego del reposo, lo sellan bien por todos lados, tiene que quedar súper sellado, en lo posible en la parrilla, pero no me quedaba gas jeje, lo selle en una plancha de fierro
  5. Llevan al horno la bandeja y sobre ella en la rejilla van a poner el tomahawk (lo van a dejar entre 15 y 20 minutos por lado dependiendo del punto que quieran)
  6. Lo pintan cada 5 minutos con el líquido que se forma abajo, si lo pueden ir pintando con una rama larga de Romero, en vez del pincel mucho mejor.
  7. Cuando estén listos, lo retiran del horno y lo cubren bien envuelto con papel aluminio por 10 minutos
  8. Luego sacan el hueso, y lo trozan 🤤🤤🤤
  9. El mío lo deje 20 minutos por lado, porque no me gusta la carne muy sangrienta, y tenía 4 dedos de espesor, les dejo este dato para que puedan calcular el suyo 😁
