- En una bandeja colocamos 3 planchas de pan de molde sin las cortezas (lo venden ya así, y si no es quitarlas con cuidado de no quitar mucha miga), ponemos una cantidad suficiente para cubrir bien las tres planchas de pan de molde con la mezcla de lechuga y verduras, ponemos otras 3 planchas de pan de molde encima y le ponemos la mezcla del atún con el surimi y el huevo, otras 3 bases de pan de molde encima y volvemos a poner la misma mezcla que en la primera base.
- Colocamos la última capa de pan y le ponemos mahonesa que cubra bien por todas partes, decoramos con un huevo cocido cortado en rodajas, dos anchoas y 2 aceitunas cortadas en rodajas.
