  5. Ya listo el lote de 5 empezamos a uslerear dejando más estirada la masa, es increíble lo delgada y elástica que queda vean el tamaño
  6. Queda perfecta puedes hacerla en círculos o rectangulares, yo la hice rectangular para mañana
  7. Se cortan los bordes, con una regla, y colocamos papel mantequilla, añadimos la mezcla de maizena y harina y enrollamos en todo su contorno, y aluzamos con papel film se puede congelar para usar cuantas veces quieras, se descongela 2 horas antes su duración es hasta 6 meses en el comgelador. Esta masa sirve para preparaciones saladas o dulces.
