- Mezclamos todo y lo volcamos en un mesón o superficie plana y amasamos hasta que quede una masa lisa (entre 5 a 10 minutos) y la hacemos una pelota.
- Untamos levemente con aceite un bowl o recipiente y dejamos reposar la masa tapada con un trapo en un lugar cálido por aproximadamente 1 hora.
- Una vez duplicado el volumen, colocamos la masa nuevamente en el mesón y desgasificamos.
- Aplastamos tratando de formar un rectángulo, doblamos en tres partes. Aplastamos nuevamente y repetimos la acción
- Volvemos a colocar en un bowl y tapar con un paño. Dejamos levar por 40 minutos o hasta que doble su tamaño (generalmente 1 hora).
