  3. 1 cda azúcar

  3. Lista la masa se pasa a dividirla en 12 partes iguales y con las manos hacer palitos de unos 25 cm o del grosor deseado y colocarlos en una bandeja aceitada con una separación del porte de los mismos palitos para que no se peguen al levar.
  4. Colocar las bandejas en un lugar cálido por 30 minutos, si como yo no tienes paciencia se puede meter en el horno (a gas o eléctrico es igual) al mínimo de temperatura con la puerta abierta, así se acelera el tiempo de levado, obtenido el tamaño ya se colocan a hornear a 180 grados C por 10 minutos.
  5. Mientras tanto colocamos en una olla chica la mantequilla, orégano, ajo picado finamente y merkén a calentar a fuego mínimo, ojo, no debe hervir solo calentar para que se fusionen los sabores y olores, apagar y reservar.
  6. Pasados los 10 minutos, sacar los palitos del horno y pincelar con la mantequilla cada uno seguido de espolvorear con el queso parmesano, luego volverlos a meter al horno a la misma temperatura y tiempo, solo que esta vez recomiendo ir checando para que no se quemen.
  7. Ya dorados como en la foto del inicio se pueden comer así o pincelar nuevamente con la mantequilla si ha sobrado, y listo! Son de lo más deliciosos con tomate picado o con salsa napolitana 😋
