  2. Mientras,pelamos y troceamos la cebolla.Le ponemos un chorreon de aceite,tapamos y metemos en el microondas a máxima potencia durante 6 minutos.Comprobamos que está hecha,si no vamos metiéndola a intervalos de 2 minuto.
  3. Pelamos y cortamos a lo largo el calabacín.Luego lo hacemos rodajas.Lo metemos en el microondas de la misma manera que la cebolla.Empezamos metiéndolo 10 minutos y vamos viendo.
  4. Una vez hechos y fríos los huevos,los pelamos y troceamos.Añadimos el calabacín, la cebolla y mezclamos.
  5. Le ponemos el queso,sal y pimienta al gusto y volvemos a mezclar.
  6. En una superficie de trabajo ponemos una de las placas de hojaldre.Le pasamos un poco el rodillo y extendemos la mezcla que habíamos hecho.
  7. Tapamos con la otra masa de hojaldre.Cerramos muy bien los bordes.
  8. Batimos el otro huevo y lo utilizamos para pintar la empanada. Hacemos agujeros con un tenedor
  9. La metemos en el horno,que antes habremos precalentado durante 10 minutos a 200 grados.La tendremos a 180 grados, durante 30 minutos, con calor arriba y abajo a media altura.
