  10. Apagamos el horno y dejamos que se enfríe.
  11. Desmenuzamos la carne, juntamos con la salsa y lo calentamos al fuego en una cazuela a la hora de comer.
  12. Para servir, partimos el bollito de brioche por la mitad, añadimos la carne mechada y yo he decorado con pepinillo, cebolla morada y sésamo. Espero que os guste!!!
